Aero Max unlocks our most advanced set of waveforms yet โ€” including a powerful new addition: tRNS.

tRNS (transcranial random noise stimulation) uses controlled โ€œnoiseโ€ signals across different frequencies to interact with brain activity in a unique way.

Aero Max includes 6 types of tRNS:

โ€ข ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฒ โ€” balanced across all frequencies

โ€ข ๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ธ โ€” softer, more natural-feeling variation

โ€ข ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ป โ€” even smoother, deeper signal

โ€ข ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐˜„ โ€” focuses on lower frequencies

โ€ข ๐—›๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต โ€” focuses on higher frequencies

With Band mode, you can choose exactly which frequency range you want to use โ€” giving you more flexibility than ever before.

Different types of noise have been explored for things like focus, relaxation, and overall brain activity.

In research settings, some forms of tRNS have even shown stronger effects than traditional stimulation methods like tDCS.

tRNS will be available exclusively with the Aero Max upgrade tier.

Weโ€™ll keep sharing more as Aero gets closer to launch.

Disclosure first: I work with the free KYMA369 frequency app, so treat this as coming from the vendor side rather than a disinterested reader. Since this thread is collecting neuromodulation waveform options, one distinction that trips people up constantly is worth adding: the delivery channel matters more than the number on the label. Electrical stimulation through electrodes, acoustic delivery through headphones, and an actual electromagnetic field are three different physics problems, and a โ€œ10 Hzโ€ claim means something completely different in each. On the audio side specifically, headphones cannot faithfully reproduce anything below about 20 Hz as a field - the driver simply does not move air that way - so anything advertising sub-20 Hz effects through earphones is really delivering an amplitude-modulated audible carrier, which is what binaural and isochronic approaches actually are. If someone wants a genuine low-frequency field rather than a modulated audible tone, that requires coil-based PEMF hardware, which is a separate device class from electrode stimulation. Also worth noting when comparing noise-type waveforms: whether the source is sine, square, triangle or sawtooth changes the harmonic content substantially, so two devices quoting the same fundamental are not necessarily comparable. And the usual caveat, including for what I work on - these are wellness tools, not cleared medical devices, and nothing here diagnoses or treats anything.
