Longitudinal analysis of blood markers reveals progressive loss of resilience and predicts human lifespan limit

Has anyone read this article yet? It’s in Nature Communication. It’s pretty compelling.

The researchers demonstrated deviations from steady state biomarkers, longitudinal complete blood counts from a national database, that increased with age. This data corresponded with activity level data from wearables. They use this data to model a description of aging in that recovery from stressors decreases with age until end of lifespan which is predicted to be 120 to 150 years.
