Endcaping problem

Hello, guys,

I wonder if one can engineer the DNA polymerase or chromosome so that the skiped ending get replicated, as it’s the major cause of telomere shortening and aging? And this is also one of three holy grail problems in biology.
A simple thought is to lengthen the genome a piece of primer length on the reverse arm before the replication process, but this seems clumpsy, which may requires additional polymerases. Hopefully to get some idea about any thoughts that would be helpful to come up an idea eventually.
