Favorite visual databases/interactive things for the biosciences? [or GENERAL useful bioscience websites/githubs/jupyter] Who makes deploying easy?

I found Reactome | Pathway Browser to my liking for instance
https://wiki.illinois.edu/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=115509329 was SO well designed and planned, but focused on all the wrong enzymes. Still shows what’s possible when you have influence over a group of undergrads.

I decorate all my profile images with kegg pathways

important databases that I don’t know how to make useful yet: allen brain atlas, http://www.saspatlas.com/, most of jp de magalhaes’s databases
